Michael W. Kaczmarek had founded our company in an effort to bring affordable access to legal services to the low and middle income community. He had been awarded the 2004, 2005 and 2006 Congressional Businessman of the Year Award as well as the 2005 Ronald Reagan Congressional Gold Medal, the 2006 Congressional Medal of Distinction and the 2007 Congressional Order of Merit the National Republican Congressional Committee's Highest Award. He was Selected in 2008 by the Republican Members of The House of Representatives to represent the State of Colorado at the Tenth Annual Tax Summit as a Member of the House Republican Trust and also selected for the 2008 Reagan Congressional Commission and the 2008 Congressional Medal of Distinction.

He is also currently serving as the Honorary Co-Chairman for the State of Colorado on the National Republican Congressional Committee's Business Advisory Council in Washington D.C.
