PERJURY IS A CRIME.

Question for the month.

If a party in a court action provides false information to their attorney, and the attorney presents the evidence in court then finds out it is false but does not inform the court that his client lied, does the attorney become a party to the Perjury, and should he/she also be charged with a crime? E-mail us your answer.
