SELF-HELP, ALSO KNOWN AS PRO SE FILINGS.
There are those that DO IT THEMSELVES. Whether they purchase a Court provided "PACKAGE", or obtain the forms on the Internet they generally lose in Court. The main reason is that not all of the forms needed for a Court case are included in these Packages, nor on the Internet. Also many Court cases are dismissed from the Court for improper filings, untimely filings, or missed filings. You must remember that when you do it yourself you are held to the same standards as an Attorney.
